Embarked on a delightful exploration of Balinese culinary traditions at Shore Amora Canggu, under the expert guidance of Chef Tri. The session commenced with the preparation of Lawar Kacang, a classic Balinese salad renowned for its intricate blend of flavors and textures. With meticulous instruction from Chef Tri, we combined finely chopped green beans, grated coconut, coconut milk, and an assortment of aromatic spices to create a harmonious medley of savory and earthy tones, enhanced by the gentle sweetness of coconut.

Following this, we delved into the preparation of Ayam Sambal Matah, a beloved Balinese dish celebrated for its bold and spicy profile. Chef Tri skillfully led us through the process of marinating tender chicken pieces in a tantalizing mixture of shallots, lemongrass, garlic, chili, and kaffir lime leaves. The sizzle of the pan filled the room with anticipation as we eagerly awaited the symphony of flavors that unfolded before us. The dish, when presented, showcased the mastery of Balinese spice combinations, offering a perfect equilibrium of heat and tanginess.

We then indulged in the quintessential Balinese dessert, Dadar Unti. Guided by Chef Tri, we meticulously prepared delicate coconut pancakes filled with a luscious blend of grated coconut, palm sugar, and fragrant pandan leaves. The aroma of toasted coconut filled the air, heightening our anticipation for the culinary delight that awaited us. With each bite, we savored the luxurious interplay of flavors, marking a fitting conclusion to our culinary expedition.

Throughout the class, Chef Tri not only shared his expertise in Balinese cuisine but also conveyed his profound appreciation for the culinary heritage of the region. His infectious passion for cooking inspired us to embrace the intricacies of Balinese flavors and techniques with zeal and respect.

Our culinary escapade not only broadened our palates but also deepened our connection to the rich cultural tapestry of Bali. As we bid farewell, the lingering flavors of Bali served as a poignant reminder of the beauty and diversity of global cuisines, eagerly anticipating our next culinary adventure.

He currently put his hands in depth not only on large scale of Architecture-Hospitality projects but also focusing on down to earth development without compromising the creativity and quality of the work. On his pathway and work collaborations with some world- known designer resulting some recognizable international awards.

His long journey in architecture and living in Bali, which is known as a world tourist island, strengthens his way of thinking that an architecture does not start and end only as something beautiful but is a unity born of art, culture, and nature where the design stands to a totally unique experience and sustain on everything that comes into contact with it.
