The concept of fusion barbacoa cooking style is a Spanish term that was used in the West Indies in 1526. We know this cooking method as the Western cooking style. Here, we combine the Western cooking style with local ingredients from the archipelago, as well as combining Balinese marinade sauce while being entertained by traditional Balinese dance and music from the local village children which aims to preserve the art of dance in the Ubud area itself.
